Created with the modern touch of Executive Chef Arif Kemal Doğan, the Modern Turkish Cuisine Degustation Menu will be offered to food-lovers throughout March, alongside Agatha Restaurant's special menu. Well-known for presenting French, Italian and Turkish delicacies to its guests in a chic setting, Agatha offers in its tasting menu the following platters, among others: mosaic artichoke in olive oil and fava beans with sesame paste, sahlep soup with almonds, grilled octopus covered in tarhana crisps, and a mixed lamb platter. Kürşat Başar Quartet at Orient Bar

Pera Palace's Orient Bar awaits all music lovers for an exclusive performance by the Kürşat Başar Quartet. Featuring Basar on saxophone, Burcin Buke on piano, Uğur Yalçın on bass and Alp Türeci on drums, the ensemble will be accompanied by the singer Senay Lambaoglu. The group's repertoire features jazz standards as well as compositions by Büke, who has released nine albums, and by Basar, covering a large spectrum of styles.
